I am trying to creat some access hatches for the Zhang Heng. These will be 8 x 8 inches, so they will not be life size. I am looking for some designs of hatches used in starships and shuttlecraft, the movie or TNG era, though I am not particular, but it should suggest Federation design.
I have one design I started, but I am not satisfied with it, and do not want to put anymore work into it until I can find something authentic for inspiration.
Does anyone know of photos, screen caps, or blueprints that show access hatch designs? Do not have to be canon.
