Absolute Xenophobes in the Star Trek universe

I've been reading the Absolute Xenophobe article on TV Tropes and I'm wondering how many alien races in the Star Trek universe fit this description. I can only think of two: the Kh!lict from Windows on a Lost World (a matriarchal crab-like species with two brains) and the Husnock from Fortune of War (a non-humanoid species with seven tentacles). Both of these races are extinct, having been wiped out by angry survivors of their genocidal campaigns. Can anyone think of any others?

Those guys in "Clues" are pretty high on the xenophobia scale. And either the Kes or Pritt in "Attached", too.

I don't think so. Tholians seem more like xenophobic isolationists than the genocidal xenophobes described in the article. They've also conquered a semi-humanoid race called the Chakuun who now serve as soldiers in the Tholian Assembly. And they're part of the Typhon Pact, which shows their xenophobia has limits.

Of course, everything is relative. I doubt you'd find a sentient species in ST that's "Silastic Armorfiends" xenophobic. Then again even the Pitar, from ADF's HC milieu aren't "Silastic Armorfiends" xenophobic.
