I do you know they are terrorists? Kashmir is a muslim majority region that has been divided between China,India and Pakistan. The vast majority of the people there don't want to be part of China or India but are divided on Pakistan.

There are two groups fighting in Kashmir. Pakistani trained Kashmiris (who do sometimes commit terrorist actions) and the Kashimiri only group. Both of them are Islamist but that doesn't necessarily make them terrorists.
