His comments mirror my own feelings, yet, oddly enough, mirror Ebert's overall point... that the film's main appeal is the characters and set pieces only, no0t the story, and not so much the ideas.

One's like or dislike of this film makes them no more or no less a real fan.

The film is thin but entertaining with a variety of plusses and minusses so on his ratings scale that would probably be 2.5 stars.

He was wrong about Admiral Archer not being Jonathan Archer from ENT and I thought his review was a little too much plot synopsis and not enough analysis. Still, it was well-written.
