A prerequisite for Nimoy? (SPOILERS)

We don’t know this for sure but in the latest trailer the ship which has been previously identified as Spocks ship slams into the Narada. If not beamed out there would be no survivors and it does look like there is someone in the ship. If it’s Old Spock and that his way out of the movie saving everyone by once again sacrificing himself I like to think about the actors motivations.
[FONT=&quot]Nimoy is most likely done with acting after this and knows this will be the last time he plays Spock (or not I don’t freakin’ know for sure). Could it have been something he wanted, for Spock to die once and for all?

Is this his signature piece of his collective body of work in film?

Makes sense to me, I was kinda thinking of something similar.

Nimo's scenes are key to the movie as he himself has said. This closure for the character might be what he wanted. I just can't believe with so much going on in the movie that his character would crash into the ship. There's nobody in that timeline who really know him to mourn for him. So I think maybe Captain Pike is on that time ship.
