I just watched this with my girlfriend. Steve Zahn and Milla Jovavich are honeymooners visiting Hawaii. They go to one of the less inhabited islands and hear that there is someone killing people on the island. The killer already wacked another honeymoon couple and now they are all nervous about it. They run into other couples like Kirk's daddy(soon to be the Mighty Thor) and the Doctor from Grindhouse and Planet Terror. Kirk's daddy looks mean as hell. The fun is guessing who the killer is.
