How about United Science Support? It takes a lot of science to build a starship. Especially the quantum physics, for the ftl warp drive, and the subspace communications.

I think that we should actually try building an actual working warp probe, before we actually start building an actual starship.

It would be a major setback, if the warp drive didn't work as planned, and/or killed everyone aboard.

Anyone remember rumors about the Philadelphia Project?

We wouldn't want anyone warped into a bulkhead, now would we.
