A Matter Of Security

I was reading through the other thread about book info, and was remembering a back-inside cover promo for a TNG book called "A Matter Of Security" (I think that was the title). I want to say I saw this when reading "Strike Zone". I didn't see it on any of the cancelled or "lost" books lists....what was the story on this book? Or am I imagining it all?

I think it might've been the working title for a book that was published under a different name, maybe Survivors.

Yes, it was the original title for Jean Lorrah's "Survivors".
