A Little Lost...

Okay, this is freaking amazing. I love variations on the B9 design. May I suggest, instead of a third arm attached to the back, replacing it with modular backpacks for specific jobs? One might be defensive with extra weapons and power, one might be for construction and have a small crane, etc.

Netflix took an interesting direction with giving the robot an alien origin. I'm sure they felt that gave them more story possibilities, but I wish they'd gone for a fresh update on Kinoshita's design and human origins. Along with a synthesized Tufeld voice for nostalgia.
 
I like the Netflix robot, but seeing the original in some form would've been neat. How about a B-9 espresso machine on Resolute? After all, Kinoshita's Robby made alcohol.

Thanks! This Robot does not have a "back" or a "front" for that matter. you could technically add equipment in between the arms.
