If the OP doesn't want to read them in publication order, I'd personally recommend the following order (which is loosely chronological):
A Singular Destiny
TNG: Losing the Peace (It's mostly set before A Singular Destiny, but Losing the Peace's epilogue contains a spoiler for that novel, albeit regarding something you might well know already - so perhaps it's best to read that one first even if you are going for the in-universe chronological approach)
VOY: Full Circle (The first half is set before Destiny, directly after Spirit Walk, the second half set in the weeks after Destiny).
VOY: Unworthy
Titan: Over A Torrent Sea (post-Destiny Titan and Voyager Relaunch are set in different parts of the galaxy and don't directly overlap, so feel free to ignore strict chronology here. Probably the Voyager books should come in a clump, but if you want some variety, alternate with Over a Torrent Sea and Synthesis!)
VOY: Children of the Storm
Titan: Synthesis
VOY: The Eternal Tide (As mentioned above, reading in chronological order will mean this one contains a spoiler for Paths of Disharmony, but it won't detail the why or how, only the what. If that helps).
Typhon Pact: Rough Beasts of Empire (Covers a span of time from the end of Destiny through to, well, where you are by this point in the chronology...)
DTI: Watching the Clock (Covers a span of post-Destiny time; as it contains a potential spoiler regarding Romulan politics, it's best to have this after RBoE, I think).
Typhon Pact: Zero Sum Game
Typhon Pact: Seize the Fire
Typhon Pact: Paths of Disharmony
Titan: Fallen Gods
TNG: Indistinguishable From Magic
DTI: Forgotten History (It goes here, chronologically, but you can read it at any point after you've read the first DTI book, really. It's the "framing" story that takes place at this point, the meat of the novel is TOS. Since this is DTI, though, don't expect the "frame" and the "main" to stay neatly apart...).
Typhon Pact: Plagues of Night
Typhon Pact: Raise the Dawn
