A guy is selling every Star Trek book published between 1967-2006

Actually the buy it now is $1100 but some nice autographs. Roddenberry & Doohan, can't get those any more.

The bid price is $600. Buy it now is $1,100

Yes, you are right. Considering no-one else will bid for the item, I am REALLY tempted. Well, not really, but if I had a real job I would.

I want these, as I grew up reading far more of the books than the tvseries. I was told that the books plots/tone/themes for many of the episodes are different as the books were written based off early revisions of the scripts.

That's my listing. I enjoyed putting the collection together, but now I need the space and could use the money. If anyone has questions (or ideas on a better way to market these), I'd love to talk with you.

Thanks

If I were just starting out, I might consider buying this lot. It comes down to about $2 per book, which is not bad at all.

Gee, I guess that makes me an uber-reader. I already have all his collection, and I haven't stopped getting the books.

Relisted and lowered the starting price a little. If anyone here is interested, please feel free to PM me. Or if you can suggest anyone (a reseller?) that I may want to talk with, I'd appreciate that.

I think you would be better off splitting up the collection into series...sell each series separately.

I myself have a number of books from each and therefore wouldn't go for this but I'll ask around.

I may have to consider that next. It would bug me to sell off part of it that way and be left with rest... but if I don't sell the whole lot as is, I'm left with all of it, so a change of mindset is probably in order. :)

The trouble with this is that anyone who would be interested probably has a fair number of them already.

If you have trouble selling them in bulk, consider seeing if your local used bookstore wants them. I got a lot of my collection from the shelves of Annie's Book Stop.
