I'm been looking for school and various "rainy day" projects for my oldest (9 years) but didn't want to get back into kit modeling just yet (my hands are in bad shape these days). I found out about Cubees last night and thought they might be a good "introduction" for him into model building and something I can do too.
But there's not a lot of "bare bones" or "lay mans" stuff that I can find on Google. Or I'm just not looking in the right places. Anyone have suggestions for books or links that might be a good place to start? Or this is one of those "jump in a learn by doing" sort of things?
