8 Borg costumes only?

Watching the special features on ST:First Contact, and watching an interview with BB... he said they only had 8 Borg costumes built for the movie, and they were the ones used for Voyager over and over again ...

Interesting! Might have to go back and play spot the costumes over... and over... and over...

I think they mixed and matched pieces from different costumes to increase the variety of "unique" outfits.

Thats actually alot considering you can easily mix and match them.

Also, as Voyager went along they built more costumes for guest stars, which inevitably ended up as part of the mix & match components to draw from.

In FC the BORG did have a much more evil look to them, consider those BORG vs the Huge type BORG. The contume dept did a total remake of the BORG for FC, it would have made no sense to revert back to a nicer looking BORG for Voyager...
