I mostly have. I only own one pair and I have no idea where it is at the moment.
Some questions:
1. What is the point of lucid dreaming? What's it for?
2. What benefit in giving up sex/masturbation is there? I know this is an old spiritual tradition but I don't get it at all. Giving up sex you consider demeaning or a product of addiction sure, but giving up healthy sex? I do not believe there are some magic sexual energies that exist to be channeled into something else.

Fun! It's fun! I've had only a handful of lucid dreams in my life, but once I'm aware I am dreaming, I am fairly good at controlling those dreams. Usually I fly, but there have been a couple times I've gone for a one-night-stand.
For me, it was about mastery upon my mind.

(Even tho, I was never able to fly during my dreams, or break the laws of physics in any apparent way. I can do whatever I want, and modify what is happening during the dream, but I am limited to real-world rules. I told my subconscious was very prosaic.)
