3 of my favorite planets are missing

(4 if you count Ceti Alpha VI, and nobody liked Veridian 3 anyway)

Meyer all but destroyed Kronos in VI (thankfully TNG ignored that), then JJ came and nuked Romulus and Vulcan.

Something must be done about that.

One idea: The Federation should make 3 Genesis torpedoes and give one each to the Klings, the Roms and the Vulcs.

Hoping two of them (or the three) don't throw them at Earth

Complaining that JJ destroyed Vulcan is like complaining that ENT destroyed Earth in "Twilight". It's a parallel timeline. Prime Vulcan's still there. In fact, "Twilight" is arguably worse, since the human refugees end up on Ceti Alpha V. Not a great place to found your new home.
