3 new companions confirmed

As long as the female companion in the photo I saw isn't playing a teenager (I don't know her age but she looks like she could even if she's older then school age),
She's 29, so probably not. Typically, actors in their early twenties are cast as teenagers. For example, actors playing the kids on Class were in the neighbourhood of 25.

Or perhaps, as a better example, the kids on SJA, who ranged from being actual teenagers to being in the vicinity of twenty while the show was in production.

I hope you're wrong about that. I love the idea of three companions a la The First and Fifth Doctor days and I'll be rather annoyed if they pulled a Suzie. Hell, I'm still pissed they did that with Suzie because she was one of the better characters at the time and I've gone to love everything Varma has done since.
The Fourth Doctor had three companions in his last season (Romana, Adric, and K-9 in the E-Space trilogy, and Adric, Tegan, and Nyssa in Logopolis).

I first saw Indira Varma in Kama Sutra, and she played Vorenus' wife in the Rome series.

The real problem with "Kinda" was that Sarah Sutton wasn't contracted for the episodes. It wasn't that they didn't have anything for her to do, it was that they didn't have the budget to contract her for the additional episodes, so they were left awkwardly excusing her absence.
Just as well. Nyssa was a colossal bore with bizarre fashion choices. Hopefully she found something to wear on Terminus, since she literally left the show in her underwear.

So did The First and Fourth Doctors (although the latter with a sometimes absent robot dog).

The 2nd doctor did as well.

For a while he had Jamie, Ben and Polly in S4 (from the end of The Highlanders through to the end of The Faceless ones).

Ah, yeah, I always forget about that run. Usually when I think of Jamie, I think of either Victoria or Zoe (usually just Zoe :p).

I had a vague recollection but had to check but have now remembered what triggered the memory.

The John Peel novelisation of Evil of The Daleks refers to the departure of Ben and Polly as it follows on directly from The Faceless Ones.

Bradley Walsh, not the guy from that quiz show right, i don't watch terrestial Tv so i am out of the loop on all this stuff, so who is the Bradley Walsh actor?

It is the quiz show guy - he was an actor before that. He's been in Law And Order UK, and in the Sarah Jane Adventures.

He was on The one Show tonight and confirmed that the role was written specially for him, which isn't a massive shock.
