This one was just average for me. It was still better than last week's episode. Jack with glasses was great, Fred killed some terrorists, and Cloe was Cloe. Starbuck is still going nowhere. She should have went to the boss and told him everything. She'd digging a huge hole. Hopefully she'll snap. If the ex and friend are not somehow related to the terrorists, this has just been a waste of airtime.

I still haven't watched this episode on my DVR. Finding it hard to care. Outside of the CTU Dana/White Trash Jenny storyline which is the greatest plot in 24 history ever, I'm not really interested in what's going on.
The last two episodes have been slow, I'll grant that, but I still love this series and it's had slow periods every season. (Season 3's period with Jack mucking around in Mexico springs to mind) I just hope next week (again, Sweeps begining) is more action-packed and has more going on. The season needs to kick into gear.
Meh, another filled episode in my opinion, but at least there was a badass Bauer shootout in the end. And he's in with the terrorists and is going to Renee craziness first hand now.
This is setting up a good episode a few down the line, but I still there are plots I still don't care about. Sackhoff's ex boyfriend and the Russian with radiation sickness I just can't get interested in.

I'm surprised more people haven't been talking about Renee basically getting raped. I found it really disturbing and I'm still thinking about it and feeling sick over it a week later. I can't imagine anything scarier in life than that sort of situation. I know it's not a real person, it's just a tv show, but it's so awful. I really hope they come back to this later in the season because it is a big deal.
The episode wasn't hugely action packed but not every episode can be. I think that it was a good filler episode and certainly a more realistic portrayal of what can happen in an hour. Also, there are a lot of different plots going in different directions so just seeing a little bit of progress on each one as opposed to focusing on a lot of action in just one was something I liked.

This season's first 6 episodes have felt unusually slow. Even the generally crummy season 6 had an outstanding opening batch of shows. I'm hoping they're just taking their time, setting up the strong material for later in the season...a bit of a slow burn.
The radiation brother is, but I'd imagine the brother/father tension over his death will continue, which I can't get into.
And yeah, fingers crossed for the white trash thing to sort of play itself out...
Hopefully Redneck DiCaprio and his Daniel Farraday lookalike buddy run into the Russians on the bridge next week and are brutally killed.
