I was suspicious of Kanin since first time I saw him You can never trust the Pres' closest advisor on 24 (I think they've turned out to be working contrary to the Pres in just about every 24 season), which is the same reason I think it would be too cliche if he were a baddie. Plus I seem to remember an event a few weeks ago that strongly suggested against him being a mole. I can't remember if it was him trying to rescue the 1st Gentleman or if it was something to do with rescuing the Pres' from the terrorist WH attack.
