CPR is one of the most unrealistic things portrayed on TV. If they're in a hospital they're shocking the person about every 5 seconds (only supposed to be done every 2 minutes). If they're elsewhere, it's done for maybe 10 seconds after which time they either spring back to life (very rare without a shock), or are declared dead (sometimes by a medical expert without even attempting CPR).Kind of a half-hearted CPR attempt.

I find medical shows like ER are usually pretty good at getting that much accurate but they definitely dramatize it.Not to mention often using the defib. for STOPPED hearts not, you know, fibrillation.
