22nd century Starfleet

First we have my interpretation of the Daedalus-class:

Next is the Daedalus' "little sister", the Centurion-class light cruiser:

Finally, a bonus...the main administrative complex for Starfleet's San Fran Orbital Shipyards (the 22nd century precursor to Spacedock One).

So would this be late 22nd Century, Romulan War era, or what?

I kinda like your Starbase and the Centurion-class.

I tell you what, take your Centurion, soften the ball-shape of the dome section, and it would've been a better NX-01 than what we were saddled with.

I have a question:

What is that brightly-colored seam around the middle of the forward hull on both ships?

I will: they're a kind of proto-ablative armor that Earth and the Coalition experimented with during the Earth-Romulan Conflict. Deflector screens (force fields) proved more effective.

They are also external hull housings for solar panels, so if there is a ship-wide power failure/reactor jettison, the armor slides off to the side and exposes the photo-voltaic cells, allowing them to capture starlight so the ship can serve as its own lifeboat. ;-)
