For Me:
Avengers: Age of Ultron
I feel like I've been waiting for this movie forever. I can't wait to see Vision, Quicksilver, Scarlet Witch, and whatever other team member they throw into the mix to take down Ultron. If all goes to plan, this will the crown jewel in the MCU
Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens
I might fall over dead seeing the original cast again, even if their roles are brief. I really enjoyed JJ's two Star Trek movies, so if Star Wars is truly his passion, I think he'll do right by the franchise.
Spectre
Casino Royale is one of my favorite films. Quantum of Solace is just ok, and I liked Skyfall, but it's not a classic. I'm hoping with the addition of Christoph Waltz that they can make a truly spectacular Bond film
Ant-Man
Marvel taking risks once again with a little-known character. I hope this film turns out okay after they bullied Edgar Wright out the door after working on the project for nearly a decade.
The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part II
I actually thought that Part I was better than the book, so I'm hoping that Part II is even better. There was so much in the book that I thought was just glossed over.
Knight of Cups
It's Terrence Malick and Christian Bale doing some kind of weird Terrence Malick thing. I don't even know what's going on. I want to see it.
The Hateful Eight
Tarantino's movies are always entertaining even when they probably shouldn't be at times. I just want to see Channing Tatum and Sam Jackson have a scene together so the internet can break
In the Heart of the Sea
Brendan Gleeson, Cillian Murphy, Chris Hemsworth, in a Ron Howard film where a sperm whale attacks a ship in 1820. This is right up my alley.
The Walk
The dramatized version of Man on Wire, basically. Joseph Gordon-Levitt is the high-wire artist.
Crimson Peak
A new haunted house film from Guillermo del Toro. I'm a Del Toro junkie, so I'm probably going to love this.
The Martian
I love the book and I assume Matt Damon is playing the title character.
The Revenant
Leonardo Dicaprio gets mauled by a bear and then goes on a killing spree. Enough said
