I have no reason to start this thread except pure joy!!!!

Terry Farrell and Nicole DeBoer were in London this weekend for the London Expo and I had the chance to be the meat in a Dax sandwich!!

I can now die a happy Niner :hugegrin:

I hate to be clichéd but I thought Farrell would be taller.

Wasn't a fan of Ezri Dax, though I don't mind Nicole if just for her role in "The Cube". So I'd be more then happy if I got to get my picture taken with Farrell.

Actually she's quite a bit taller than me. I'm about 5' 7" so I'm sure she's about 6'. I was joking with Nicole that I should borrow her high heels so Terry leaned on my shoulder to get us all the same height.
They were both great, joking and fooling around with the fans in the photo shoot and taking time to chat with everyone in the autograph line. I finally got my DS9 season 6 cast shot finished so it was a great weekend all round.:)

They were lovely, weren't they? I had a photo taken with both of them too, though I'm not brave enough to post it...

I got a few pictures signed including a double Dax photo I designed myself; Terry in particular was very impressed with it, though she felt she probably should have been taller...:)

Even though I was a big Jadzia fan I really liked Ezri too. Jadzia was strong, confident, very sure of herself, Ezri was the total opposite. It also gave Bashir a chance to be with Dax (ok it wasn't Jadzia, but next best thing)

Wait there was a convention in London recently? Oh man why didn't anyone tell me? I've never been to a convention and I live in London.

<bitterly depressed>

Nice to see that Nicole (my fave dax) is still hot.

Ah, crap, didn't notice you said you were in London.

Curse you thrice, lucky man :p

Didn't really know they did much in the way of conventions in the UK. Shows how much I know. :shrug:

Well, it wasn't really a proper convention in terms of guests and that; more an anime/manga thing with teenagers dressed up comic characters hugging each other, and since that isn't my scene it was probably the least enjoyable event I've ever been to. Great guests but I couldn't wait to get away from the screaming hordes...

Still, that's not the last time this year a DS9 cast member'll be visiting London. Pop along to Collectormania London at the end of next month and say hello to Odo and Leeta...;)

Yeah, what's with the 'Free Hugs' thing? :confused:
Most of those holding 'Free Hugs' signs, I wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole.
