Definitely The Questor Tapes, I had just become a Star Trek fan a few months earlier and 9 year old me loved this (and bought D.C. Fontana's novelization as well). By the way, if anyone is interested, The Questor Tapes was released on Blu-Ray earlier this month.

I watched Questor, but it wasn't necessarily a choice since I don't recall being aware of Wildcats at the time (that came later). I did watch intentionally as it was pitched as being by Roddenberry. Had I known about Wildcats, still probably would have gone with Questor as I would have been more interested in a Roddenberry SciFi show than a drama, even with the cast ... although Angie Dickinson would have been quite a temptation.
I did enjoy Questor with the humanlike android, much more human looking than Data. As I recall, it was more Questor's behavior and mannerisms that demonstrated his origin. SPOILER ALERT: It did have the "android playing craps" scene that TNG replicated with Data, the android being able to manipulate his throw of the dice to win, and when given loaded dice to make him lose, he was able to detect the anomaly and compensate to keep winning,
Sidenote: Shatner and Dickinson co-starred in another TV Movie, The Love War IIRC about two alien species disguised as humans fighting each other for control of the Earth.

For your consideration: a 1982 faceoff: John Carpenter's THE THING or Ridley Scott's BLADE RUNNER.
They also came out on the very same (Fri)day in June 1982, sci-fi's ultimate film year. Myself, I saw BLADE RUNNER once it dropped into my local multiplex, but I wouldn't get to THE THING until it came to video half-a-year later. BLADE RUNNER achieved classic status first, probably by the time of its 1992 re-release. Despite its budgetary limitations at its end, I now prefer THE THING.....which definitely is wicked fun in a way BLADE RUNNER couldn't and never wanted to be.
But what if you could only see one? In 1982, I went with BLADE. Now, I have to vote differently.

I saw both, but going to the movies were a weekly thing back then. Might have even seen both in the same week. The only time we did a "double feature" was with the Jerk and 1941 on Dec. 14th, 1979.
Between Blade Runner and the Thing, I think Blade Runner.
These would both have been TV movies, though, airing on the same night at the same time, on competing networks.
I let the original post go, but this doesn’t seem to have any relation to TOS.
