Oooh, that's how Odo got his groove back in Warehouse 13. And you know, in Blink, The Doctor did mess around with a bunch of videos. Is it possible, there really was a cache of 90 episodes, and Warehouse 13 Snagged, Bagged and Tagged them for the Public's protection? Maybe that's why there's so many false leads and why The BBC want to keep finds secret, in the hopes they can get them before the Warehouse gets wind of them and snags them

And ya know, maybe that's why they allowed Underwater Menace ep2 and Galaxy 4 ep3 to be recovered? They weren't a danger, because nobody was really interested in those episodes anyways, aside from the fact they were new Classic Who.
