Spoilers 15?

When Agnes is infiltrating the Borg Queen and assimilation kicks into high gear, Picard tries to unplug her but she stops him, saying "I can see so much: the Watcher, 15!"

So, what do you think? Who (or what) is 15? Is it another Borg? Does it have something to do with Adam Soong? A hidden secret subroutine that shuts down the Collective? Discuss!

Since "10" was Guinan's address in the future (post-Enterprise), "15" will probably be her address here pre-Enterprise. It would make sense that she would be the Watcher. Harkening back to TNG, it would also enhance the idea of the bond that Picard & Guinan shared, which they talked so much about in "Time's Arrow," since this Guinan would remember Picard from that. A helper & friend throughout many different centuries.

Was wondering this as well.

This reminds me (and not in a particularly good way) of when President Roslyn made mention of "He Who Should Not Be Named" while reading the Book of Pythia in NuBSG, before being sidetracked by an irrelevant question by Adama. Same exact kind of beat that borderlines cliche. I remember the specific corner of Teh Interwebz that controlled BSG exploded that week, full of speculation of who this mysterious person was. Who could it be? Count Iblis? Dirk Benedict as a new Angel/TOS Starbuck character? Darth Sideous? Voldemort? Further seasons, a couple of telemovies and the finale came and went and we never got an answer to that question.

The DVD/BRD commentaries just talked through the line about other mundane things. Never an answer - just another one of those random lines of dialogue thrown out there to enhance mystery without any meaningful payout (NuBSG was infamous for this, in retrospect). It was somewhat infuriating.

Hopefully the PIC writers won't go there and eventually tell us who or what "15" is, but I wouldn't hold my breath on it. YMMV.

Star Trek: The Next Gen "Tapestry" (Q has Picard re-visit a pivotal event in the past) was Season 6 Episode 15!

"Children of Mars" was set 15:rolleyes: years before start of Picard

I got nothing

Ep 4 explained 15. It is the day of the month when the timeline is changed. And it is 3 days in the future which means that Picard and co only have 3 days to fix the timeline.
