When I read GA's article I thought the F-18 pilot was also involved in the exercise and painted an F-22 on the hull afterwards. I knew it wasn't shot down, but I thought maybe he accidentally forced him into a stupid maneuver or something.

Well we'll just have to wait for the accident review board to determine just what happened. All I can say is let's not speculate.
