10 Day buddy keys for Star Trek Online

To use the buddy key, do we download the software first and then use the key to get in, or do we use the key on the website first under "Redeem Key" ?

This is great. I was able to play for a couple of hours last night using the buddy key that Timofnine gave me. The game is great and I will definitely be getting this. I will have to upgrade the old graphics card so that I can fully appreciate it.
