The simple fact is, Azetbur has no right to complain that the Federation isn't diverse - because we've seen that it is. (If she hasn't, that's her problem, for not doing enough research. )

I feel if at least half the characters aren't LGBTQ, I'm not watching. The other half need to be exotic aliens like a mist-based lifeform, a 2-dimensional security chief (could also be gay), and a monkey.

There presumably were reasons why they were referred to as a "homo sapiens only club."

She called the Federation a "homo sapiens only club," not Starfleet.

Quite honestly, if she HAD referred to Starfleet, she would have had a much better point. The Federation, on the other hand, clearly has many diverse species as members.
