I don't really care either way, but while it's great some of you really like and want to see more of him, he still got that second season you think was better. And he got to be in Defenders and show that chemistry with Coulter. He very clearly did have a chance. What he's asking for here is...
I mean, it's good to have a positive attitude and all, but in what world did Jones not already have a chance?
They made 2 seasons of his show, despite the reception to the first one.
That's a meaningless objection. That timeline only has an extra Gambit if the writers want it to. We literally know almost nothing about that world. There's no reason whatsoever why their native Gambit couldn't already be dead, just like Wade's native Wolverine was already dead.
The DCEU stuff. I haven't seen all his other films. Though I could throw 300 and that Netflix zombie film on the pile, I suppose. I can't really remember what I thought of the performances in Watchmen anymore. It's been well over a decade since I last saw it and it wasn't as ridiculously over...
If Gambit's timeline was pruned then they had no 'legitimate' timeline to return him to. And since the new TVA is kinder and gentler they wouldn't force him to stay in the TVA, so they'd have to send him to some other timeline. The Deadpool one would make sense, but since he wasn't at Deadpool's...
Like most of them, Cavill was often undermined by the movies. But his performance outshined Affleck's at every turn, even if that wasn't always saying much. Still, MoS is definitely by far the best film Snyder made when it comes to performances specifically.
X-23 is with Deadpool and Logan. The TVA got her out as a favor to them for saving the multiverse and catching Paradox and Cassandra Nova. She's there at the party at the end of the movie.
Any of those other guys who survived long enough were probably rescued along with her I would guess.
I doubt that. Seems pretty clear we're looking at multiple different realities on the chopping block and a block of characters representing each of them, so they should all be much more than a cameo.
While I agree it might make sense to do something different, it's also way more on brand for...
Middle-aged Batman is fine, but Affleck never really did it justice. He came sort of close in BvS but was undermined by all the other problems in the movie. Every performance after that kept getting worse.
We don't know that they had more than one system prior to the military takeover, nor that the Cardassian system is necessarily average or above average in resources, nor which specific (most likely fictional) resources they lacked, nor how long they were using up those resources before it became...
True. And another thing to consider is how many of those species that look human literally owe their lives to Starfleet (whether via Kirk or Picard or Janeway). Stuff like that could be a big motivator for their descendants to choose careers in Starfleet themselves a few generations down the...
It's definitely an issue, albeit an understandable outgrowth of budget limitations. Personally, I've always liked to think that most of those human looking extras in the background aren't actually human.
The great thing about Damar's storyline is that it is nuanced and debatable. It leaves you feeling like he actually learned to be a better person, but without any 'A Christmas Carol' style epiphany scene that magically transforms him into a better person and with enough wiggle room that you can...
Trauma often is a cycle. But at the same time, we don't know that anyone ever did conquer the Cardassians. The impression I always had was that Cardassia ran out of natural resources and Cardassian society fell to pieces until the military took control and focused their entire civilization on...
The Cardassians are easily one of the most well-developed species in the franchise with a wide variety of characters spread all along the moral spectrum.
Yeah, she's definitely not MJ.
Probably either Gwen or Felicia, or we're all completely off-base thinking she'll be the female lead and it's just some side role.
Though I like the idea of her being Firestar.
