I think the cameo is going to be Odo. The antagonists are Changelings, and Worf has already mentioned being in contact with Odo, and everyone who's seen it has been saying they never thought we'd see this character again.

In all seriousness the Mass Effect trilogy is some of the best games ever made. Also the whole rip-off accusation is dumb.

Nah, it'll match all the other JJ Trek designs already in the show. Throw in the ST09 Enterprise and make it official that this is the Kelvin universe.
