Have no problem with the Gorn on SNW. My head canon tells me there's different kinds of the species. More important to me, I've enjoyed all the episodes they've been in and the mystery of how we establish relations with them.

Watching it right now on HBO MAX and it looks good. Not quite HD quality to my eyes but the space cgi is definitely improved upon, and overall color feels more pronounced. REALLY enjoying it.

I just hope we get some of the history filled out between the Picard era and the 32nd century. What happened to Bajor? The Klingons? The Borg? If the Federation and Starfleet don't know the status of races and empires I'd love to know that too. Just fill out that space in the timeline a bit.

Loved it, gave it a 10. Some great action this episode. Now I'm looking forward to exploring this time period next season, finding out what happened to all the other galactic powers.

7am North East USA .... about to watch it now after spending all day yesterday watching people try to overthrow my country. I really need to live inside 24th century Trek after 2020 in America.
