Re: A Hater Revisits Voyager
^ LOL. Finally, it makes sense.
The borg baby thing annoyed me. It still annoys me.
But you know what annoyed me more? The next episode GodBen has to watch...
Re: A Hater Revisits Voyager
I like Tom and B'Elanna's fight in the corridor after he saves her from suffocating. It felt very real, and I don't think we'd seen Tom get that riled up before.
and did you watch it?
i must say, it is quite silly. typical action flick for 13 yr old boys who just like to play computer games, killing the big monsters, swearing & saving the girl.
i think it would have been more interesting if the doctor chick was an old girlfriend instead of his sister...
Have invited fellow Karl Urban fans over tonight to watch Doom. I watched the trailer and just know it's going to be terrible, but I am TOO EXCITED to see Karl as a soldier!!! :D
Re: A Hater Revisits Voyager
I have to agree with the haters of this episode, bored me to tears. I actually fell asleep -twice- watching it, and after forcing myself to stay awake, wished there was a 'delete' button on the dvd. The only part I liked was the Voyager "family portrait" at the end.
Re: A Hater Revisits Voyager
I absolutely HATED that!! :scream:
I can just imagine Beltran rolling his eyes when he read that part of the script and going "seriously?!"
I liked Dark Frontier, I'm actually a fan of the Borg Queen and prefer Susannah Thompson over Alice Krige - she just seems...
As well as those episodes and the friendly flirting that I interpreted as such in the early seasons, and of course Resolutions (which resolved nothing IMO) I really thought the show spoke out for J/C in The Q and the Grey. When Janeway told Chakotay that Q wanted to mate with her, his face falls...
Re: A Hater Revisits Voyager
Amen!
We did! His name was Joe Carey. Why else do you think we only saw him twice in seven years? ;)
Thirty Days
Meh... it was ok. I love Tom, but this episode was a bit boring for me. I got the significance, but the fact that the stupid aliens didn't annoyed...
^ Haha. Lucky for me I didn't watch the whole series until recently and had the PeaceKeeper Wars ready to go, so after a brief moment of , I put in the next dvd and was fine :D
Re: A Hater Revisits Voyager
^ Although I agree with DGCatAniSiri's point about feeling guilty for something that wasn't your responsibility... I don't agree with the example. I believe people "let their guard down" when they're drunk, but they're not completely stripped of their free will...
Completely agree with you there. I was more talking strategy before.
Hmm... I wonder if Chakotay would have "ignored" the crew as Janeway did in Night? (The first episode of season 5).
