Yeah I can't stand Neelix even going through almost 3 seasons now. Probably mainly for his look and voice, but I'm sure he's important in some ways. Would have taken Kes's somewhat bland personality (although all the things happening to her were cool) over him.
The ending was always so freaky to me with all the enterprises and what not, almost felt unreal. Definitely one of my favorite episodes playing with the unknown of space. Worf and Troi was a random match (I don't really care for them together or not) but at least they tried to pair them decently...
Where No One Has Gone Before
All Good Things
Inner Light (maybe)
Frame of Mind because I love all the mental games it plays
Q Who
and probably some others.
Wow, I was just thinking about this one the other day. Yeah quite a sad and interesting one seeing how it was like one of the first episodes I ever saw if I recall. I still can't believe someone would hide something like that from their daughter though.
I think his more realist attitude fits better with the show, that's not to say that he doesn't still has his goofball/happy moments (which isn't a bad thing).
Add Yar back somehow (I mean they did bring her back through an alternate timeline anyways) or have some presence of her besides her daughter. I guess newer graphics/philosophy from today's POV.
Woo finally, I remember talking about on here several times about a new series. Honestly all I care about is if the characters are likable and outsiders will be able to pick up the series without knowledgeable aid from the others.
I actually like his grey beard and glasses, it has a nice somewhat sophisticated feeling to it. The beard will always fit him and it concealed him from looking too baby face in the beginning of the show.
