I've watched through the series a few times now. It's one of those you have to warm to. When it was first aired I thought that it was terrible and should not have been a Trek thing at all. But after a few views via DVD and its re-run I've gotten to like it. But ... as I have mentioned in...
Commodore Decker commanded the USS Constellation before its destructon in 'The Doomsday machine'. Then took temporary command of the Enterprise whist Kirk was busy on another ship.
I think most of the episodes are great, so I when I try to make out a list of my top ten I can never quite make up my mind. But I can always say which I believe to be the worst and then work my from there. I always start with 'Spocks Brain and then Charlie X.
There are crew members in the crew that if you were there you would want to be buds with, he's not one of them.

I've been watching season 2 of Voyager and noticed Neelix's big jealousy streak. There were times when he appeareded to be following Kes.
So, apart from the love-sick jealous puppy was he also becoming a stalker?
I've always liked DS9, to me it adds another dimension to the world of ST. But I would say it's not my favourite of the shows, I'm first and formost a TOS fan followed by Voyager.
I guess for the same reason that the Federation had forgotten about temporal travel. In TOS, there was very little time travel as it was new and involved a sling shot around the sun. But in Enterprise it covered time travel a lot including a temporal cold war.
So, perhaps all this time...

It looks like a one-off idea, they either forgot them or couldn't work them into another script.
Alternatively, by time these boots come into existance we are already coming near to the end of the TOS crew and getting closer to the TNG movies. So, they would outdated...
