    What a beautiful moment.

I always liked the Odo Kira thing. When Odo finally said to Kira ( it was actually a shapeshifter unbeknownst by Odo) that he was in love with her, I was actually surprised. It was moving. I didn’t see it coming. In re-watches I could see that this sub plot was being developed.

Spoilers Would anyone be opposed to Odo showing in Picard

I just reading this now. This is true? I didn’t know. I would very much like to see something about Odo, and DS9, but that’s a subject, I think, for another thread.

What would happened in TNG if "Q, Who" never was made?

The Conspiracy parasites sure got taken care of in a hurry. I wonder if some creators were thinking up a longer story arc for them in TNG. This is probably a subject for a different thread.

    Levar Burton is Excellent

Geordi is a great character, well portrayed. I loved how he had to shut Scotty down in Relics. He was a little mean, but he was busy. It’s interesting to note that Burton brought us Geordi about 10 years after his role in Roots. It all makes me realize how old I am.

Bigger, Badder, Balder: Revisiting Star Trek: The Next Generation

I remember a 7th grade science teacher telling we kids that we were Ugly bags of mostly water. That was a real dressing down.

What would happened in TNG if "Q, Who" never was made?

Without Q Who, the Borg might still have been introduced. This might be the subject of another thread; but, I wonder what would have happened if we never saw Q in Encounter at Farpoint.

    The Borg and Picard

I’m wondering if this late season one episode was intended to be about Borg attacks. That’s how it’s put together later, but I wonder if this incursion was left open for a different enemy encounter. I might be missing something. I’m not familiar with novels, if that’s where it was connected .

Bigger, Badder, Balder: Revisiting Star Trek: The Next Generation

I liked the early on battle, where Data is attacked but could avoid being shot until he disarmed the opponent. Some of those early displays of Data’s ability were really cool. It’s like when he jumped down into the trap that Picard and Crusher were in Arsenal Of Freedom.]

Are we really done with the TNG crew? (one year later, backtrack shipsname..)

I’ll have to check those out. I’ve been holding off on the cartoons up to this point.

Are we really done with the TNG crew? (one year later, backtrack shipsname..)

I’d like to see some DS9 cast well. Besides a few mentions, we haven’t seen anyone besides Worf.

February 15 1998? We’ll, that makes me feel younger. Anyway, the premises is stupid. Enterprise should know exactly where the planet is. Aldea can’t move the planet away from its orbit. If Aldea could do that they should be advanced enough to make their people fertile. Just my thought. Their...

Are we really done with the TNG crew? (one year later, backtrack shipsname..)

I think you’re right. I’m thinking of Harvey Keitle. Also, Pacino was in some edgy movies in the day that are not Scorsese films.

This is, truly, a lesser episode of season #1. This admiral was de aged back to about 19 as far as I can see, but Karnas recognized some kind of brotherhood scar that he and Jameson shared. The background music that they used in this episode was unique to this episode. What if Karnas had been...

In the Pale Moonlight turns 25

I recently saw this episode. I was having a tough week and my wife gave me the remote for the whole week. We watched DS9 and we came upon this one. I loved The Whole Dominion War story line and this is one of the best episodes on that story. There were many minor takeaways from this. Garak got...

    Enterprise D saucer recovery

That was really something to see. Roddenberry.com. I never heard of it, but I’ll check it out now that I know that it exists.

Spoilers Where do things go from here?

I saw the Picard finale and the teaser in the credits. For some reason, I forgot about it, until I saw this thread. Not that the teaser was not memory worthy. I’m just old and busy. Anyway, I’m glad I found this thread. I’d love to see any new content set in this particular TNG timeline ( twenty...

Are we really done with the TNG crew? (one year later, backtrack shipsname..)

I think we will see more of the characters. I want to see more of them. I don’t want to see the old crew together again. In the ‘80,s, we saw the TOS crew return again and again. I loved it back then. It’s hard to watch now. I’m …,mainly, thinking about Trek #5. Martin Scorsese returned with all...

I completely missed The Big Goodbye noted above. That was our first big holodeck episode. Lawrence Tierney, priceless!
