SKRS #1: Second Nature by David Mack Review Thread (Spoilers!)

We're a bit behind getting them over here - but here's my review of the first Seekers book. Very much a worthy successor to the Vanguard series (and did I spot some little digs at Star Trek Into Darkness?) http://scifibulletin.com/books/tie-in-fiction/star-trek-review-seekers-1-second-nature/

    Robot of Sherwood censored

Having seen the full episode to write the preview, I have to admit my reaction to seeing the scene at the time was "really?" It is going to be very interesting to see how the edit is done and how much it affects how that third act is perceived.

TOS: From History's Shadow by Dayton Ward Review Thread (Spoilers!)

Re: TOS: From History's Shadow by Dayton Ward Review Thread (Spoilers! Perhaps because as editor of the official magazine for 5 years, I have contributed a lot to debates on here, and do so in addition to the post of the review - so where there have been questions raised by the review content...

Thanks. And as the former editor of the official mag I have had a number of email requests from people asking to let them know when the reviews started up again. This seemed the obvious way to do it Paul

Spoilers VOY: The Eternal Tide by Kirsten Beyer Review Thread

Having taken some time away from the novel-verse for a couple of years after leaving Star Trek Magazine, I'm working my way through, and started with Children of the Storm and The Eternal Tide, as I was partway through the latter when the proverbial hit the fan in the fall of 2011. Reviews of...

    Audio News - Big News

I was very careful penning the original story to make it clear the audio will be featuring the Ninth Doctor, *not* that it meant Eccleston will be returning! I'd be very surprised if he or Billie Piper were involved; my money is on someone like Noel Clarke or Camille Coduri. Paul

    Recommend Good Series/Ones to Avoid

And for completeness with Vanguard, there's a couple of ebooks - one is printed in dead tree form in Corps of Engineers: What's Past; the other is yet to spring from the fertile mind of Mr. Ward... Vanguard of course also turns up in the remastered version of the original series - look at the...
