I miss them. I hate the "tall" format, I don't much care for TPBs and especially not for paying TPB prices for potboilers that should be mmpbs, and honestly just for overall accessibility the mmpb is a great format. I'll go out of my way to track down, like, an old bantam or signet classic...

Yeah, ever since I got an unexpected POD trade I've made a point of always seeking out the original mmpb, with a few exceptions like Ex Machina which was re-set for the new format.

It's been so long since I've read Shatnerverse but it is sure something. Conspiracy to the highest level! The Dominion, sort of! And Vadic makes it seem so personal! And then just kidding let's pivot back to the borg!

I agree 100% with the e-book or e-novella originals, as well as with finding a home for Visitor's book. Also obviously with making sure that the current/recent TV shows are represented. I don't know if they'll move forward past Picard yet, but some novels filling in Worf's and Seven's stories...

Right? I wonder -- is it because they're not selling enough to be profitable? I wonder whether, counterintuitively, having more books would help sell better -- it may be difficult to maintain interest when there are such lengthy gaps in between new books. Or maybe the newer generation of Trek...
