All I Got Left is My THREAD BOMBS!

Don't have a TV for one; and even if I had, my computer has a nice big screen with a great sound system. And unlike a tv I don't need a remote and I can alt-tab to other things.

All I Got Left is My THREAD BOMBS!

I don't know how someone could watch a movie on their TV instead of their computer. :rommie:

    TheGodBen Revisits Deep Space Nine

I did the same a few months back but gave it the benefit of the doubt and continued watching... And it's really worth it. The characters get much better later on (especially Londo and G'Kar, but the humans too) and especially the story gets better. It's worth grinding through season 1.

I would enjoy reading your views on TNG most.

    TheGodBen Revisits Deep Space Nine

Progress and Battle Lines are pretty good, and definitely shouldn't be skipped. Past Prologue introduces us to mr. Garak, enough said.

    TheGodBen Revisits Deep Space Nine

Well, the only Alpha Quadrant power that isn't in the war yet that has appeared a lot are the Ferengi. And I don't think them joining would be all that impressive. So it had to be a species close to aliens of the week in any case. This is one of the times, I think, when DS9's unplanned nature...

    TheGodBen Revisits Deep Space Nine

Well, there was no Federation in Enterprise to explore the dark side of; but they definitely did some poking around in humanity's dark side in seasons 3 and 4. With the crew themselves in season 3, and then with Earth in season 4. It wasn't to the same extent as DS9 did it, but there certainly...

    TheGodBen Revisits Deep Space Nine

Sisko was a little odd here, yeah, but I also chalked it up to his Benny Russell experience. That said, I really love this episode. Because it's finally a holodeck episode that doesn't go "AAAARGH, WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE!!!" but just has fun with the crew doing a heist with as good as nothing at...

    TheGodBen Revisits Deep Space Nine

For some reason I found this episode really poor when I first watched it. Then when I rewatched it a few months ago I wondered how drunk I'd been the first time around. I did think O'Brien's "Well, it's not us who can change our shape at will" thing as a reply to Laas claiming solids were...

    TheGodBen Revisits Deep Space Nine

You gave The Emperor's New Cloak six stars too many, if you ask me. I consider it the absolute worst episode of DS9, and it was the only episode I just couldn't bear to rewatch on my rewatch a while ago. I rewatched LEt he Who is Without Sin..., Meridian, The Muse, Prodigal Daughter, If Wishes...
