    Having spent quite a bit of time goofing around in UE4, I would fully expect it to be a challenge (likely dependent upon which program you're importing assets from). The visual scripting (Blueprints) in UE4 isn't all that difficult to work with, and there are many great tutorials available...

    I think the Protostar is one of the most eye-catching designs in recent memory. It really grabs one's attention. And coming from an age where ship classes always trended larger, it's nice to see some thought put into more compact spaceframes.

    The ventral view arrives (or a decent first attempt, at least). I'm still working out the ship's somewhat complex hull geometry, so please bear with me! You may notice the saucer profile ended up being a compromise between arrowhead and crab (though it does lean more toward the crab profile).

    Kind words, thank you! MSPaint is both charming and maddening. I use it only because I've developed a workflow for starship design that allows me to iterate quickly. But those large, square pixels do drive me a bit insane at times. You can only get the lines so curvy, the viewports so small...

    Aft view nearly finished. Dorsal profile very rough. The design is actually larger than I thought (but mostly saucer). Note that the saucer section will definitely be tapering more than the current outline. I tend to start large and then chisel away the fat.
