Spoilers Lux grade and discussion thread

It may be entirely in my head, but I was interpreting the tether as like a trianglation thing, so he was going to place three or more of the tethers in time and space to then let him get to May 24th 2025. Did the first episode say *when* Belinda was taken? I assumed that they couldn't go to...

Will Luke and Ahsoka's first meeting ever be depicted at all?

I forgot that she was older, which makes it not nearly so bad. (I'm used to thinking of Luke as an old man at the time of Last jedi and Ahsoka as barely a teenager) dJE

    3D interiors in Blender

I like the colour scheme. Does the helm console look too narrow for the space? Could you put a half-width straight in the middle? dJE

    Picard’s Lunch

The actors' commentaries for Warehouse 13 talked *a lot* about the joys of acting with food dJE

    Shuttlepod Show on YouTube

I was honestly shocked! He made the comment then was kinda gleefully "you don't know what I just said but UK fans will!" he made a similar comment further on in the interview too. dJE

    Vikings in the 21st century

Shortly before Season 3 started, I read a book about the historical setting of the King Arthur legend, so S3 gave me strong vibes of that. djE

What do you think were the "official" rules on romantic relationships during TNG?

The population of the E-D was repeated quoted as 1,012 souls. Obviously, definitions vary, but a "village" seems to vary between 500-3000 people. Even counting the StarFleet personnel, the Enterprise is towards the lower end of this range, so Enterprise is at best a village, rather than a town...

Spoilers Strange New Worlds Episode 7 - Those Old Scientists

That was how I took it at the time, except that we learn later it's absolutely NOT a pin-up. dJE

Spoilers Strange New Worlds Episode 7 - Those Old Scientists

Harks back to the "meet Captain Kirk's childhood hero" advertising line they used for Enterprise. dJE

Spoilers Strange New Worlds Episode 7 - Those Old Scientists

I took it as a nice little bit on the way words and phrases change over time. dJE

    Set blueprint exchange

That's very interesting. given that they've left in things like reflections of the camera and viwes out of the set to the wider stage beyond. dJE

Early retirement? I thought this was her launch party! dJE

What do you think Kirk's "pain" would of been?

I think it's the same as Captain Pike's in "The Cage" " I'm tired of being responsible for xxx lives, and... I'm tired of deciding which mission is too risky and which isn't, and who's going on the landing party and who doesn't. And who lives... and who dies." BUT he knew that he had the...

Spoilers Are the first two seasons of 'Picard' unnecessary?

This makes me think of the Kinks song: not so much "celluloid heroes never really die" as "Celluloid heroes never really live" dJE
