Most species go extinct for one reason or another. I see no reason why homo sapiens sapiens would be an exception. Spreading ourselves across the cosmos might help, but I wonder if we should also try uplifting other species as backups. It would be interfering in their development, but we've been...
Kind of like the third season of TOS.
I would never rate the third season of TOS my favorite season. However I would rewatch it over TNG seasons 1 and 2, 6 snd 7; DS9 seasons 1 and 2, the entirety of VOY. ENT seasons 1 and 2; ST: D Seasons 3-5; and PIC seasons 1 and 2.
There was a factory game on Steam that I tried which involved turning a solar system into a Dyson sphere by building robot factories that could build copies of themselves or the robot factories to create the robots needed for the necessary mining processing and construction tasks. It was an...
Friday night belongs to Danny Reagan.
I wonder when they would actually consider ending NCIS. I assume Sean Murray is going to stay until the end. There doesn't seem to be any end in sight for Grey's Anatomy or SVU.
They weren't streaming shows, for one thing. And Stargate SG-1 actually had only five seasons on Showtime and five on Syfy. Five seasons was generally a maximum run for basic-cable shows -- no Sci-Fi Channel/Syfy show ever had more than five seasons on the network itself -- so SG-1 kind of got a...

McCoy and Sulu's primary function is to juice the series finale's ratings.
...a young T'Pau as planned, or a relative of T'Pau if royalties are that much of an issue. She can be the "fan service" if it's so needed for ratings, but she has the more practical and flattering outfits that we saw T'Pol get in the latter seasons of the real show. Rather than being so similar...
...reason for the clip is the negative reaction to the trailer/s so far. Though time will tell, will be interesting to see how the Nielson ratings track. If I were to guess it will have a strong openeing probably #7 and by episode 3 it will have fall of the chart.
If I were to decribe SNW its...
Agree with most of what you said, when something is crashing that hard in a show whose episodes rarely go below an 8 and often enough has them go above a 9 such a rating is an indication that something else is going on and Will's coming out might be a major reason for it.
Ever since the show...
