As originally conceived Voyager's sickbay would have been larger, true. But budgetary limitations meant that this was not to be so, and all we got instead was some shelves containing pots of dirt that Kes went to fetch in an early episode.

Design elements of the Medical Lab were carried over into the design of the Science Lab (opposite the Transporter Room) which made its appearance in Season 2 or 3.

Got no new blueprints but a bit of info, apparently the USS Sutherland bridge is a redress of the Enterprise-D science lab/Ent-A Galley set.

I've got a handful of blueprints from Star Trek: The Experience (mostly The Klingon Encounter, but also a few from after the Borg Invasion modifications). I haven't scanned them in yet, but if there's interest, I can scan them in to include with the collection.

That's some great close-ups of the med lab that never was!
The pedestal console and other areas did survive into Voyager's science lab set though, so it's good to see them in detail too.

That's not "never was" that's screen used, built on stage 9. This is the half of sickbay that was on the other side of the EMH's office :)

It was eventually built, but not quite in the way shown on the blueprints here. The circular area was replaced with a (much cheaper) doorway and adjoining wall panel. I'll try and dig out a pic later

    today, we have a few:

Firstly, Alice's cockpit from Voyager: http://i52.photobucket.com/albums/g9/count23/Other%20Trek%20Blueprints/alice.jpg

Secondly, the Enterprise-D shuttlebay in a standard bay configuration:
    http://i52.photobucket.com/albums/g9/count23/TNG Blueprints/_57.jpg

    Thirdly:
Part of Voyager's engineering, I can't quite make out whether this was a redress for something else, or if it was just a basic set plan:
    http://i52.photobucket.com/albums/g9/count23/Other Trek Blueprints/engineering.jpg

the Voyager engineering one is good because it definitely sets the height of the basic sets and the height of the doors. 6'8" for the doors and 8'4" for the ceiling.

There's more on ebay, heaps in fact, all just labelled as "star trek blueprint" I couldn't decipher half of them, but they're there.

    EDIT: More
Voyager Med Lab (the operating theatre side of the sickbay)
    http://s52.photobucket.com/user/cou... Blueprints/voyagermedlab.jpg.html?sort=3&o=2
    And the science lab set:

    http://s52.photobucket.com/user/cou...eprints/Voyagersciencelab.jpg.html?sort=3&o=0

I've also attached th ebay bids for blueprints i can't identify, i dont download non set-floorplans so someone else may want to snag and bag them while they're up.

Great finds! That odd diagonal line in the ENG shuttlebay floor is a holdover from Seasons 1-2, when the main doors were aligned differently.

FYI, for identification purposes, many of these items (which have been relisted; links on the original ended auctions) have a second picture with a close-up of the title block, which indicates what the drawings are.

Once I catch up with things, I'll start uploading the Count's images to the flickr as well

At some of those TNG Bridge plans are from the Star Trek Tour's bridge, which differ from the original in a few details. I've not checked out the rest yet, nice finds!

I still don't see why they didn't build an exit ramp into this set. Would it really have been so hard?

Probably too expensive for it's use. They would have had to make a greenscreen and/or wildspace backdrops behind the ramp for entries and exits. Those kind of expositionary sequences were removed for exactly the reason the transporter was invented. It was slow and time consuming for little to no payoff.

I'm just annoyed that after ages of searching that's the only new blueprints to surface in the last several months. I really wish i could find the enterprise-e/first contact corridor layouts and the Klingon bridge/ready room redress set plans again.

True, but even if the angled wall-door were not a practical set piece, at least there would have been some suggestion as to how the crew get on and off the DF. As it is, Transporter seems to be the only way! That or hidden hatches, and why use a hidden hatch when there's bloomin' big door on the model already!?

As for the Enterprise-E, I assume you are talking more than just the ones on suwalski's website?

STar Trek Stage History only has the NEmesis sets which were built on a much tinier stage, the First Contact version built around engineering combined stages 8 and 9 they were so big. two full quarter circles around engineering with at least 3 T intersections on each ring, plus connection to the Jefferies tube set. I've never found a complete set plan for them.

Yeah, I know the quote you mean!
After studying the scenes in FC though, I was never able to figure how they might have connected up: In in addition to the two quarter-circles around Engineering, we see a different type of straight corridor, plus one long uninterrupted curved corridor.
