Trek Merchandise

Hi! I was wondering if anyone on here owns merchandise? What do you have? I recently bought a necklace in the shape of Voyager and the novel, Mosaic by Jeri Taylor.

I have hundreds of Trek novels - pretty much everything from the last 10 years and lots of older favorites too.
I have all the Blu rays and DVDs of the movies and tv shows. Over the years I've had the same eps and movies on vhs, laser disc and now upgrading from DVD to blu ray as they come out.
I can't think of much other merchandise I do have. I want to get a TOS style blue uniform T-shirt though.
Some of the newer action figures have been really tempting to get. If I had more room I might get them, and some of the life size card board stand ups look like they'd be fun, but really, I don't have anywhere to put them.
I do have all the cds for Five Year Mission, a band that does all their songs based on TOS episodes, really good and fun.
I used to have a nice throw blanket with the Voyager ship on it, but it was stolen :(

Isn't the Fan Art forum sort of for this kind of thing? It does mention collectibles.

A Trek Merchandise subforum would probably be a good idea though, considering how much is out there of various categories.

That's almost exclusively about 2D and 3D Trek art these days. I don't think there's been any collectible threads over there in years (if ever).

There really isn't enough discussion about Star Trek merchandise to support a subforum, though. It's only once in a blue moon that there's a thread about it at all.

As far as my own Trek merchandise, I've got over a hundred books, a hundred action figures, a slew of phaser and tricorder toys, about a dozen ship toys & models, and various uniform insignia pins.

Do books count as Merchandise? If so, I've got a couple of them.

Just a couple? :)

But, of course, the books are covered extensively in the Trek Literature section.

As for merchandise, I admit to being tempted by the new Green Orion Girl ornament from Hallmark . . ..

Plus, I just got the Quantum Mechanix TNG comm badge from Amazon yesterday.

Most of my accumulated merchandise is media of some sort - books (novels, reference guides), video (VHS, DVD, BluRay), and soundtracks (vinyl, cassette, CD).

However I have collected several lines of ship models, including Hallmark ornaments and the recent die-casts from Eaglemoss.

And I've also had quite a few of the Trek trading card sets, as that had always been a big hobby of mine, both sports and entertainment.

Hm, I do also have those limited edition Pez dispensers for TNG, as well as an unopened Excelsior model kit.

I don't have much, dvd box sets, enterprise D christmas ornament, picard figure, and a couple things from thinkgeek. But this is my favourite:

framed movie poster of TUC, double matted.

I'm not a serious collector, but I've picked up odds and ends over the years. Glancing around my office, I see a "Q" doll, a Riker action figure, a Borg cube, some framed autographs, the Pez dispensers, etc.

And I've got a whole box of Khan merchandise packed away in the attic: action figures, the Hallmark ornament, the TV Guide with Khan on the cover, a pewter replica of the Botany Bay, and so on. (The Khan stuff used to be proudly displayed in my office, but I eventually need the shelf space for my Richard Matheson library.)

Where to start, apart from the current eaglemoss starship collection, I got both capatins kirk and picard's statues(titan merchanise)some of the funko bobblehead of kruge, the andorian and spock, planning to get a few more that I have seen.

I've got a variety of phasers, tricorders and communicators from the various series, tons of books, and the pewter and gold Franklin Mint NCC-1701 I received as a gift.
