Whilst I liked Kira's Militia uniform, she (and all other Trek women) does look amazing in standard Starfleet uniform.

Well, if it was a 'closed space' and Kira and Sisko had something going on - as it was hinted between nuKirk and nuCarol - I could understand....
However, a Kira outfit that is pretty sexy - IMO - is the 'Intendant's' outfit, albeit the outfit of the 'evil' Kira.
And, then there is Jadzia Dax in her TOS outfit...

Maybe, but the thread asked for sexy, not sad/happy, so it counts.
Myself, I was happy when I saw the scene.
No more sad than having Jeri Ryan and Jolene Blalock running around in skin tight catsuits. Or Nana Visitor in her skin tight Bajoran uniform and Intendant outfits.
Star Trek was a progressive think piece until J.J. Abrams came along!
Whether or not the pictures of Trip and Marcus are sexy, they aren't outfits: they aren't part of the image they intend to project with clothing, but rather the circumstantially worn undergarments. On the other hand, Gaila's lingerie is fair game.
Heck, there was that green Orion woman in "The Cage" . . .
