Strangely, the other parents at my 8-year-old daughter's soccer game didn't find it that funny when I shouted that out at her game.

Eh, I don't think either has the right style for Mudd. The best fit (IMO) I can think of offhand would be Bruce Campbell. I think he's got the right amount of Used Car Salesman in him for the part. (I've suggested him as a reimagined Q before as well!)

 

For some reason, the strident computer voice that goes "Danger! Space doors are CLOSED!" in ST 3 always cracks me up.

Worf sneezing as he carries Spot in 'Phantasms', funny, maybe because it's so out of character.

 

Yeah, I used to find it funny, but now whenever I rewatch it, my eye always goes back to that extra. But to be fair, Data's "UNF!" right after brings me right back.

Much of that episode also belongs here, too. One of my other favs:

Two funniest scenes: the bar scene and fight in Trouble with the Tribbles and the bar scene and fight in Trials and Tribble-ations.

 

Topped in lolz by the following scene Kirk chewing the crewmen in both.

"Why thank you sir, I can catch up with my techincal journals!"

 

TNG: "Angel One"

The scene where Riker dresses in the style of the Angel One citizenry to honour Mistress Beata. Basically, it's Riker in a glittering toga that's very open in the front, revealing his chest. He's wearing at least one hanging, clip-on earring and maybe even a few bangles, but I'm not sure about those. Anyway, Deanna and Tasha are around to witness this transformation and can't stop laughing at him. It looks like they aren't acting, either, which cracks me up and gets me to laughing! The scene set-up is simple. It's stupid. But it's cute to see the women's reaction.

 

Lost opportunity: O'Brien following Scotty to his quarters in order to drink his private supply of "technical journals."

 

Tututut, we really see him reading technical journals earlier in the episode, it's porn for engineers.

 

That was Judi Durand, who did the Cardassian computer on DS9.
