Agree with J.Allen about other BBS dying. I remember posting on EFCL and other forums. Many of us - who formed the EFCL are now gone.

I also miss Plecostomus and his antics. I really wanted to believe that he and TheWifeOfBrian were real. I'm not privy to all the information behind that, but I was disappointed when it all ended.
Also, we should take a moment to remember our departed friends, such as Red Ranger, Techman (IIRC, the only TrekBBS member to have an emoticon named after him) and Nibbles.

As do I. When Starship Exeter finally released it's completed film last month, my first thought was "Poor Mallory - he'd waited all that time, positively and without criticism of the production to see the finished product and the timing just didn't work out.
I like to think he did get to see it in the afterlife and that he was most pleased.
He posts a lot on Instagram these days under the same handle.
As for my recollection of "great" moments:

I miss AstroSmurf, RedFenix, BlazerBoy, Goji, OmahaStar, and a lot of the aforementioned posters. Like many people in other forums I've visited, they've moved on with their lives, and I wish them the best.
One of most memorable posts was Kestra's anonymous confessions thread. I was able to share an intimate part of my past. Say, we should do it again!
