Just where is our future, the things we've done and said! Let's just push the button, we'd be better off dead! 'Cause I hate you! And I berate you! And I can't wait to get to you! The sins of all our fathers, being dumped on us — the sons. The only choice we're given is how many megatons? And I eschew you! And I say, screw you! And I hope you're blue, too. We're all bloody worthless, just greedy human scum. The numbers all add up to a negative sum. And I hate you! And I hate you! And I hate you...too!
Actually, the group name was "Edge of Etiquette". My daughter loves this song. Kids these days, I tell ya.
Yes, it is indeed "Edge Of Etiquette". The track is included on Intrada's expanded Voyage Home soundtrack... http://store.intrada.com/s.nl/it.A/id.7334/.f
The Punk on the bus was given name "Vomit" in the Caption Contests ( possibly by cooleddie) and was a popular photoshop element for a while. The faux album cover above was an entry.
In fifth grade my best friend and I used to go around our school playground singing, "And I say SCREWWWWW YOUUUUUU!!!!"
<HIjol, sloooowwwwwly and ever so carefully backing right the hell out of the thread, making as little noise as humanly possible>
While riding a bus in San Francisco, I couldn't help but play this on my phone. It wasn't loud enough to bother anyone.
What's hilarious is Spock and Kirk managed to be luddites.. about the past! From the future! Oh pfft, sad sad future without punk.. though we did have Klingon heavy metal in VOY so that's something to hold out for.
Turn your back on confusion and seek the beginning. Good luck. [yt]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MRewcZXEMb8[/yt]
I was always under the impression that "I Hate You" was a song by Weird Al Yankovich. Even then, not one of his "better" ones and that's really saying something. I continue to be puzzled as to why this lame spoof of old school punk gets notice, even in fan circles ...
