Is North Korea a real place?

Maybe he's preparing to audition look-alike doubles for security reasons and to make it appear he's visiting every village.

We're looking back at Germany, asking ourselves how could people be so stupid, laughing at Hitler's ridiculous speeches. And now we're looking at North Korea, asking ourselves how can people be so stupid, laughing at the fat dude.

It's all fun and games until millions are slaughtered.

:)

I was going to mention earlier how popular little toothbrush mustaches were when Shicklegruber came to power, but I was trying to avoid invoking Godwin so early in the thread.

Hopefully the fun and games stop after the first death. ;)

Talking about North Korea as a real place I really enjoyed this video:

How is this real life?!
This book explains how, in vivid, horrific, heartbreaking, and sometimes uplifting detail:

Incidentally, I believe hair standards in general have been pretty tightly maintained amongst the populace, though not to the degree of mandating a single cut.

I heard somewhere that KJU won his election with 100% of the vote, with 100% turnout. I had to double check to be sure it wasn't Chicago.

Seriously though, there's nothing funny about what goes on in North Korea.

There's certainly nothing funny about North Korea, which is why its so head scratching perplexing why its managed to stay that way for so long.

Its like the ultimate Orwellian nightmare while simultaneously being incredibly inept.

And it's such a great style...

I admire the performances they put on where everyoe is absolutley synchronised, like a huge performance engine, for the countrey's leaders... who often bail early, if they turn up at all. Those performances can be brilliant, and when you take into consideration the fear and hope that has gone into them, they become heartbreaking.

How nerve wracking North Korea's stupidly elaborate and synchronised parades/public displays are for its participants reminds me of this advert:
