USS Endeavour survives the Borg...

Was this encounter written about in Trek lit in greater detail?

In another thread over on Trek Tech, discussion surrounding the surviving ship of Wolf 359 is taking place. Based upon dialogue from Voyager's "Scorpion" regarding logs from a Captain Amasov of the USS Endeavour, it is assumed that the Wolf 359 survivor starship is indeed Endeavour. There is, however, also speculation that Amasov's logs from "Scorpion" detail a Borg encounter other than Wolf 359.

So, was USS Endeavour under Amasov's command the sole survivor of Wolf 359? Or were his/her logs chronicling a separate encounter? And was Endeavour's tale, whether at Wolf 359 or in a separate encounter (or both!), written about anywhere in Trek literature?
