I'd prefer to stay a Captain. I'd want to be out there with a ship of my own, and Admirals can't really do that.

Spock's intellect. Photographic memory sounds frightening, especially after seeing something frightening, and though heightened strength sounds tempting, in this day of age, you get more done using your head.

Ferengi. It's not just sensitivity with them, it's also great sound perception. Their minds can descramble voices better than a computer.
